Qualifications and Experience

Formal Education
- Grade 12 (Matric) with English, Mathematics, and Physical Science.
- NQF 4 Occupational Trade or Learning Qualification.
- A Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Development is advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in learning and development, preferably within technical or engineering sectors.
