Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
- A three-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) in one of the following areas:

- Office Administration
- Commerce

- Training and Development
- At least one year of administrative or customer service experience — this can include internship or workplace-based learning.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
- A sound understanding of skills development legislation, policies, and frameworks.
